Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Short version: Languest has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Your progress stays in your own browser. If you buy the Full Pass, the payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, and we only check your license key.

Who we are

Languest is run by Texnokun Org., Uzbekistan. Contact: [email protected].

What stays on your device

Your player name, hero, progress, stars, coins, collected words and settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data or using another device starts a fresh game.

Voices: when recorded voices are not available, the game uses your device's built-in text-to-speech. Some browsers send that text to their own speech service. See your browser's privacy policy.

Children

Languest is made for learners of all ages, including children. We do not ask children for personal information. The player name stays on the device. All purchases go through a grown-ups-only check and are made by an adult on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page.

Legal basis and how long we keep data

We process purchase and license data to fulfil our contract with you, and server logs for our legitimate interest in running a secure service. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years). Server logs are kept for a short period set by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. See also Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
